This is going to be my little space to write about health stuff, and maybe miscellaneous other stuff. I am open to healthy living ideas, exercise plans, and basically anything that will get me into shape. I will periodically post pics to show a change in how I look, as well as other info about food I eat, weight, etc..etc.. Enjoy, but this is going to prove to be a boring journal:)
